What is AutoPay and how do I manage my preferences for it?

AutoPay is our automated monthly payment system that deducts the amount of your monthly bill from your bank account or credit card every month. Please note that enrolling in AutoPay does not stop your monthly paper statement. You can enroll in Paperless Billing in addition to AutoPay, all within My Account, WOW!’s Online Account Manager.

Some packages also qualify for an Autopay discount. After the 1st successful payment is debited from AutoPay, eligible accounts will receive the discount on the following statement. The discount will remain on statements as long as the payment method used for AutoPay is in good standing.

How to Activate AutoPay

  • Login to My Account, go to the Billing & Payment section and select Submit Payment.
  • Next, select Enroll in Autopay in the Payment Method section. Enter the Amount to Pay and select Next.
  • To complete enrollment you will be asked to confirm your payment selections and agree to the Payment Terms and Conditions.
  • When complete, a confirmation of your enrollment will appear onscreen.
